Chris Woodward

Associate

I have practicing in the information-technology business for about 50 years, mostly with a focus on best practices associated with the development, acquisition and support of software used in large corporations (mainly in the financial, telecommunications and utility industries) and government departments (such as tax, local government, and police services). I have
advised clients investing millions such assets, particularly ensuring they get
value for money.

Objectivity has always guided the advice I have provided, particularly by exploiting measurement practices to baseline performance and monitor outcomes. I have developed empirical models of performance to ensure measures are interpreted wisely.

I enjoy helping people and organisations to learn and apply that learning to the mutual benefit of all stakeholders.
